This is a NO BRAINER! Had a birthday party for 12 and it was a blast for both kids & adults! We will be booking Ricky again very soon. Thank you for making our sons birthday one to remember forever!

Jose was amazing and handled our rowdy crew great! He was punctual, flexible, and very talented. The food was delicious and the set up was beautiful. Scheduling and coordination was easy with Sonia who was quick to respond to questions. Will definitely be using JoeOne again!

Chef Ricky and his wing man Joe Nathan rolled up to our house promptly at the time that they said they would and transformed our back yard patio into a a Japanese hibachi restaurant. They set up everything, from tables and chairs to attractive place settings and bottles of water at each place.
Throughout the entire evening as Ricky did the cooking and the entertaining, Joe Nathan took great care to see that all the sauce trays were filled, the plates removed as the next course was being prepared and just made the matter of serving dinner as seamless as could be.
They worked well together. Their skill in working together is honed both by having done what they do for as long as they have and also exhibiting by great care for the guests whom they entertained and fed so sumptuously.
Ricky and Joe Nathan made my birthday party the complete success that it was. I recommend them with complete confidence.
